CLL’s CSR commitment: acting for thefuture!
Since its creation, CLL has carried out its missions in the interests of all its stakeholders.
We adopt a socially responsible attitude by committing ourselves to integrating and promoting several principles relating to economic development, job creation, diversity and inclusion, reduction of environmental impact and commitment to the energy transition.
We wish to be transparent with all our stakeholders, because it is this principle of transparency that will enable everyone to measure the reality of our commitments.
This is why we have published a Charter setting out our main CSR commitments.
This commitment has three dimensions: economic, social and environmental.
Our commitments are reflected in our membership of a number of structuring programs, and in the establishment of philanthropic projects that reflect our mission of service to society.
CLL has signed up to the Global Compact initiative in order to underline the importance it attaches to CSR to its stakeholders. As part of this initiative, we are committed to taking into account the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations.
CLL is committed to the United Nations “Target Gender Equality” program.
This program sets and achieves ambitious corporate targets for women’s representation and leadership.
In particular, this program helps companies to take significant steps towards achieving full participation of women and equal leadership opportunities.
CLL has chosen to adopt the ISO 26000 standard to structure and organise its corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy. By making this choice, we are aligning ourselves with global standards of social responsibility, thereby reinforcing the confidence of our stakeholders. This standard provides us with clear guidelines for assessing and managing our social, environmental and economic impacts, demonstrating our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
