- Observe a code of professional ethics and integrity;
- Offer language study and/or vocational training in a high-quality teaching and learning environment, within the framework of a clearly organized curriculum;
- Constantly improve and develop the means and resources available for study and training;
- Respect the Eaquals Information Charter.
They work at:
- Observe a code of total non-discrimination towards course participants, staff and other stakeholders, on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, race or religion;
- Inform participants and other customers of clear and precise procedures for complaints, disciplinary rules or non-participation in courses, with complaints subject to mediation by the Eaquals Ombudsman if necessary;
- Respect the Eaquals Charter for staff and the Eaquals Charter for participants.
They submit to the obligation to:
- Take all necessary measures to ensure the well-being and safety of participants and staff;
- Provide written assurances, verifiable by Eaquals, that the establishment concerned has been incorporated and operates in compliance with all relevant national and local legislation, including company, labor, accounting, tax, advertising, privacy, health, safety, insurance and copyright laws;
- Develop systems adapted to people with specific needs.
Eaquals aims for excellence! So if you’re unhappy with any aspect of your course, and the response you’ve received from your school, Eaquals has set up an independent way to lodge your complaint through the Eaquals Ombudsman.
